Who do these regulations apply to?

Every person of the Technion, meaning: every student in every Technion program (including students in preparatory programs and students on leave), every member of the academic staff (senior or junior, including academic guests) and every member of a research team, every administrative employee (permanent and temporary, including employees with consulting contracts and service providers), as well as guests present on Technion grounds or at Technion activities.
